When I was in the second grade, I decided two things that helped to shape my entire life.  The first thing I decided was that I would become a writer, and the second thing was that I was going to become a teacher.  Now, more than fifteen years later, I have achieved one of my dreams.  I graduated from college and became a junior high English teacher.  But even though I love teaching, I haven’t forgotten my dream to become a writer.  This website is a place that will be a work in progress as I continue to work on the novel that has been my central focus for the past five years, along with teaching.
